Reservation is required. The service is very friendly?. The quality of the food varied. The fish soup and the herring for me were very good. The pork knuckle was visually very tasty, but unfortunately the quality couldn't keep up. The meat was firm, dry and didn't peel off the bone, but it tasted okay. The mulled wine is recommended.

We ordered the following dishes: Jägerschnitzel, herder cheese in beer batter, potato pancakes and children's schnitzel. Unfortunately, all dishes failed. For the most part, frozen or canned products were used. Not even a homemade salad dressing was used and the baguette with the shepherd's cheese was inedible. The food is still heavy in our stomachs ?. Nobody was interested in our criticism. Therefore we cannot recommend this place to others. I would prefer not to distribute a star, but that is not possible.

A terrible disappointment, after we were shown to our table with a mask as prescribed and had taken a seat, my wife, who was 9 months pregnant, was asked to get up again, put on her mask again and hang up her jacket in her cloakroom located in another room. So she should walk across the whole bar once. After we had placed our order, we went to the salad bar where we were yelled at very unfriendly by the innkeeper who was sitting at the counter in front of our 2 year old daughter that we should disinfect our hands. When I replied in a friendly manner that we had already done this on another dispenser in the local dispenser and that he should please change his tone, he became even more harsh and louder even though I disinfected my hands again in front of him. He referred us in front of our completely disturbed daughter of the restaurant. If he hadn't done this on his own, we would have left on our own, we won't leave a cent for such an unfriendly innkeeper who doesn't have his emotions under control. You can tell straight away in the restaurant that it's all about fast money. We have never experienced anything like this in any of our countless vacations together. After we had calmed our daughter down, we had a nice evening with delicious food in a very cozy restaurant in Zingst with a very courteous innkeeper.

We arrived Sunday 5:15 pm with 6 people. Three tables were occupied, all others reserved. Allegedly, all reservations should arrive in the next 30-45 minutes. It was not even possible to look, after maybe a reservation was not made for after 6:30 p.m. In that time we would have been done long ago ... It's a shame that such an understanding of service can still be found today.

Everything was perfect here! The ambience is very nice, the service very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, with good portions. Highly recommended, we will be back.

We went there to eat in early August. We took a trip to Zingst and settled down there for lunch. The service was very friendly, and the food came to the table quickly. It was delicious there and our two children enjoyed it there too. The interior is designed like a train station with lovely decorations. We will definitely come back. We ordered take-away, 2x redfish fillet with fried potatoes and salad. The food came quickly and it was tasty and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was good, the sea water aquarium was an eye-catcher. The staff was friendly. The website in the form of the PDF menu was unfortunately not available. Overall, a clear recommendation because of the good food.

Food was average (only the carpaccio was way too cold and soaked from the tomato salad on top), service tried hard and was friendly but had way too many tables for one person, so there were longer waiting times. Although we hadn't ordered dessert yet, we weren't told that the kitchen would close - a shame as we would have liked to have ordered one. You get full, but unfortunately I would think twice about eating there again.

Partly very good, some things could be a little better. Fried potatoes and vegetables very tasty. Fish was missing the last whistle (crispy outside, mushy inside). Cream of asparagus soup was not the best choice. Delicious dressing on the salad. Dessert delicious. Very friendly service. Maybe come again again .

Very nice restaurant. We once had pikeperch fillet with ribbon noodles, Gypsy schnitzel with french fries and a salad plate. Everything tasted very good. No long waiting times and very friendly staff. Keep it up ! ? ?

Were there with a total of 6 people. For food we had Angus steak, a fish platter for two, baked potatoes, Hamburger Schnitzel and spaghetti a la pesto. It tasted delicious and was also prepared directly. The staff was very friendly and courteous, but the masks like to hang under the nose, which I currently see as difficult, as a lot of older people go on vacation here.

Extremely unfriendly staff especially the gentleman behind the counter. Wanted to have dinner today but everything was reserved. Okay, you have to live with it. Highly recommended, the service is very friendly and courteous, even with small extra requests, they are very nice, enough high chairs are available, the food was very tasty and more than enough. I found the ambience very nice, many elements from the old railway operations. Due to Corona better with reservation, but that was also possible on the same day for the evening. Hygiene measures were followed. Definitely worth a visit, also highly recommended for families - children also get their own card with puzzles, coloring pictures and pens.

The food was delicious, especially the fish dishes. The staff was also very friendly. We can only recommend the restaurant. It is certainly best to reserve seats in advance during the summer holidays.

We were a little late, but still got warm food after 2pm. The service was super friendly and we also had time to exchange 2 words privately. The food was super tasty, came promptly and was fresh. Thank you for the delicious food. We will definitely come again, then with our son. Until then.
